At ProClear Water Solutions, we offer a lifetime warranty on our water softeners. What's covered & how does it work? What does "lifetime" really mean?

• • Lifetime Warranty on Valve, Resin, Basket, Distributor Tube, Control Board, Tank, Brine Tank

  • 5 Year Workmanship Warranty- covers all fittings and pipe

  • No service call or labor charge for 5 years

  • After 5 years, a $75 service call will be billed. This includes 1 hour of labor. Additional labor billed at $50 per hour. All warrantied parts will be provided at zero cost, including shipping.

  • Warranty IS TRANSFERRABLE to the current home owner

  • Damage from freezing, negligence, hot water backflow, blunt force- IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, modification or attempt to relocate is an automatic nullification of all warranty

How Do I File a Warranty Claim? Do I need to Register my Product?

• We handle 100% of warranty claims in house

• We keep most parts in stock to make repairs quickly, minimizing downtime

• Products do not need to be registered. We have complete record and photos of your installation, equipment, etc.

• Call us at 806-905-7042 if your equipment fails, leaks or you suspect that it isn't working! 

• Should you wish to bypass ProClear Water Solutions, your softener does still carry a lifetime warranty that excludes the control board, fittings, pipe and workmanship. The supplier will charge you shipping for replacement parts and you will be responsible for the labor to install the parts. If you wish to bypass ProClear Water Solutions for any reason, you reserve that right. Contact us and we will provide you with the information to contact the supplier directly. The supplier will verify that the equipment was in-fact purchased from ProClear Water Solutions and they will work with you directly.

  • 3 Year warranty on workmanship, tubing and fittings

  • No product registration required

  • Warranty is transferrable to current homeowner

  • No service call or labor charge for 3 years

  • After 3 years, a $75 service call will billed. This includes 1 hour of labor, additional hours billed at $50 per hour

  • WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE ROUTINE FILTER CHANGES THAT ARE RECOMMENDED ONCE PER YEAR OR WHEN TDS READINGS ARE HIGHER THAN DESIRED
